1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player" or "Member") and the 279rc platform ("We", "Platform" or "Operator"). These terms govern access to and use of the 279rc website, including all games, services, promotions and features offered through it.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account or using any part of the 279rc platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by all the terms stated in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are considered part of this agreement in its entirety.

2 User Eligibility

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration and throughout use of the platform must be complete, accurate and current. This includes full name, date of birth, identification card number (MyKad), mobile phone number and email address. 279rc reserves the right to request additional documents at any time for identity verification (KYC) purposes.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is only allowed one active account at 279rc. Opening or maintaining more than one account is a direct breach of these terms. 279rc reserves the right to terminate all duplicate accounts found and withhold any winnings obtained through those accounts.

3.3 Password Security

Players are fully responsible for the security of their password and login credentials. 279rc recommends that players use a strong and unique password and not share account details with anyone. Any signs of account compromise must be reported to the support team immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

279rc accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and crypto assets including USDT, BTC and ETH.

4.2 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM30. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM100. Withdrawal requests that do not meet the minimum limit will not be processed.

4.3 Processing Time

Withdrawals are usually processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours from the time the request is made. Processing time may vary based on the selected payment method and internal verification processes required.

4.4 Fund Ownership

All deposits must come from a legitimate source and be owned by the account holder themselves. 279rc does not accept payments from third parties. Any attempt to use another person's payment method may result in account closure and the holding of funds.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

279rc offers a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus value before any withdrawal can be made.

Calculation example: if you deposit RM100, you receive a RM100 bonus, bringing your account balance to RM200. You need to meet a wagering requirement of RM100 × 10 = RM1,000 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Permitted Bonus Use

• Each account is eligible to receive each type of bonus once only, unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• 279rc reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of promotion abuse or fraud.
• The 279rc VIP programme offers weekly cashback starting from 0.2% (Bronze) to 0.8% (Diamond). VIP level advancement depends on overall betting activity.

6 Game Rules and Conduct

6.1 Prohibition of Cheating

Any form of cheating, software bug exploitation, use of automated software (bots), collusion between players to cheat, or actions that manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited on the 279rc platform.

6.2 Game Results

All games at 279rc use a verified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency. Game results are final. 279rc reserves the right to void any bet or game round if there is evidence of technical malfunction or fraud.

6.3 Insufficient Account Balance

Bets may only be placed using a sufficient balance in the account. The platform will not allow bets that exceed the current balance. If a bet is placed unintentionally and the balance is insufficient, the bet will be cancelled automatically.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by Player

Players may close their account at any time by contacting 279rc customer support. Before closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance may be withdrawn in accordance with standard procedures.

8.2 Closure by 279rc

279rc reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice if there is a breach of terms, evidence of fraud, money laundering activity, or upon instruction from a competent authority. In such cases, 279rc reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the fraudulent activity.

9 Privacy and Data Protection
